Neil Mullarkey of the Comedy Store Players on dealing with fear

Every week for the last 25 years, Neil Mullarkey has taken the stage at the most famous comedy club in the UK, The Comedy Store, and started a 2 hour show with no script whatsoever. As you can imagine, he is no stranger to fear.

He’s also made brave choices with his career, constantly changing and evolving to do what he most loves.

If fear has held you back from making the important choices in your life, watch this second part of my interview with Neil below. Watch him talk about:

  • how to use fear constructively and
  • dealing with the fear of a big change

(Scanners will also be amused by the discussion at the end when I ask which of his many websites Neil would like me to mention!)

Part one of Neil’s interview is here as he talks about how to know if you should become a comedian (or other artist), how to spot your true calling, and the danger of saying “Yes but”.

Find out about all the different strands of Neil’s work here
