Audrey and Sophie Boss run Beyond Chocolate a business helping women to stop dieting and overeating and finally enjoy food without guilt – and still lose weight.

I quote them in How to play the fame game chapter in Screw Work Let’s Play because they’ve created a very natural and authentic style to their marketing that really works.

Here’s a superb example. It’s a video made by Meet The Author to promote their book Beyond Chocolate: How to Stop Yo-yo Dieting and Lose Weight for Good published in 2006.

Here they explain Beyond Chocolate in their own words, while eating chocolate. The studio is simply a black curtain and a camera. And they made the video in one take.
